Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

I care deeply about the quality of my products and your satisfaction. My goal is to handle returns and exchanges fairly and thoughtfully. I ask that customers work with me in the same spirit of honesty and fairness so we can resolve any issues in a way that works for both of us.

Many of my products are made for a specific machine or model and should fit properly. If there’s ever a problem, I’d like to work with you to figure out why. I’ll help resolve it fairly, including authorizing a return if needed.

Unless otherwise stated in a product listing, items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. Please keep your order confirmation handy and contact me if you’d like to start a return. Items sent back without prior communication won’t be accepted.

Shipping Costs

I do sometimes make mistakes—nobody’s perfect. If I’ve sent the wrong thing or something’s defective, I’ll gladly cover the return shipping. 

Damages and Issues

Please look over your order when it arrives. If anything’s damaged, defective, or not quite right, let me know as soon as you can so I can help sort it out.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized items usually can’t be returned. Sale items and gift cards also aren’t returnable. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, feel free to ask me.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get something different is to return your item (if eligible) and place a new order after your return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and you’ll need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

If you change your mind, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs. If there’s a problem with the product, I’ll cover return shipping as noted above.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, I’ll check it over and let you know how things look. If everything’s good to go, I’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please keep in mind it can sometimes take a bit longer for banks or credit card companies to finish processing refunds on their end. Thanks for your patience while things work their way through the system.
